 Who doesn't know YouTube? The site also has a mobile version where you can watch and upload videos using your cell phone. All you need to do is point your mobile browser to m.youtube.com and create a special profile at YouTube mobile or if you want, you can do it on your cell phone directly.
After creating your profile you will receive an email address for your account. To upload videos you'll just need to send a MMS to your account's email address. This site has a pretty package of options because it was create thinking about your cell phone. With Kyte you can create your own channel to share videos, photos and even polls. With the polls feature you will be able to create a nice interaction with your viewers. There is also the possibility for live mobile video streaming using your cell phone camera.
